Somados, os investimentos previstos para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o dessas obras de log\u00edstica chegam a R$40,6 bilh\u00f5es e, se os projetos forem concretizados, ir\u00e3o promover a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de 3,6 mil quil\u00f4metros de malha ferrovi\u00e1ria com os tra\u00e7ados, boa parte deles no interior do Estado. A estimativa, segundo o pr\u00f3prio Governo Federal, \u00e9 que essas a\u00e7\u00f5es possam gerar um acumulado de 395,4 mil empregos projetados.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Governo aposta em novas ferrovias: Par\u00e1 tem R$ 40 bi em 9 pedidos\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_LR1J9R0iDg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A expectativa pelo incremento em log\u00edstica no Par\u00e1 acompanha um movimento nacional, impulsionado pelo novo Marco Legal das Ferrovias, sancionado em dezembro de 2021 pelo presidente Jair Bolsonaro. Prevista em Medida Provis\u00f3ria aprovada pelo Congresso Nacional, tamb\u00e9m no final do ano passado, a nova legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outros pontos, abriu a possibilidade de empresas desenvolverem segmentos pr\u00f3prios, com recursos 100{094584045d47247f9176f7c07c14c287b30603234e4b82c1f6cbb3c08c68a098} privados.<\/p>\n<p>Para isso, os pedidos devem ser apresentados para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura, que est\u00e1 reunindo as propostas e outros projetos no Programa de Autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es Ferrovi\u00e1rias, batizado simplesmente de \u201cPro Trilhos\u201d. De acordo com o MInfra, o programa, resumidamente, avan\u00e7a com a livre iniciativa no mercado ferrovi\u00e1rio, \u201cpermitindo, assim, que o setor privado possa construir e operar ferrovias, ramais, p\u00e1tios e terminais ferrovi\u00e1rios\u201d, destaca o minist\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00e9 a primeira semana de Janeiro, o titular da Secretaria Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (SNTT), do Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura, Marcello Costa, confirmou com exclusividade \u00e0 reportagem de\u00a0O LIBERAL, que o Pro Trilhos j\u00e1 recebeu 75 pedidos, que somam 16 mil quil\u00f4metros de novas ferrovias e cerca de R$ 200 bilh\u00f5es em aportes de investimentos pelo pa\u00eds. Desse total, 21 j\u00e1 passaram pela an\u00e1lise pr\u00e9via da ANTT (Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres) e retornaram ao Minist\u00e9rio da Infraestrutura para nova fase de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.
